Bogdan Draghia

Mr. Draghia approaches all cases with a sharp eye in order to pin down the facts, to assess the depth and implications thereof, and swiftly propose the appropriate plan for action either at local, national or international levels.

With the experience gained firstly as a student, then as a lawyer in several national law firms, Mr. Draghia opened his practice in 2005, before partnering with Mr. Alexandru Mihu and Mr. Gilbert Poliquin in 2021.

Alexandru Mihu

Mr. Mihu approaches all complex situations with rigour and confidence in order to efficiently represent the firm’s clientele before the administrative and judicial tribunals of the province of Québec, as well as before the courts and tribunals of federal jurisdiction.

Mr. Mihu has acquired throughout the years skills and experience regarding the Montréal Convention (1999), as well as all applicable legislative and regulatory instruments pertaining to carriage by air.

Mr. Mihu is fluent in English, French and Romanian.

Ariane Rioux-Lépine

Ms. Rioux-Lépine employs her quick-wit and steady determination in the defence of the interests of the firm’s clientele before the administrative and judicial tribunals of Québec.

Ms. Rioux-Lépine joined our team as a lawyer, after articling for the Québec Bar with our firm.

Ms. Rioux-Lépine is fluent in English and French.

Mr. Gilbert Poliquin, retired advocate

Mr. Poliquin opened his own practice in 1995, and partnered in 2021 as lawyer of counsel to Mr. Draghia and to Mr. Mihu, with whom he had worked closely throughout the years, in addition to sharing the same address.

After a long and distinguished career as legal counsel and person of reference to a loyal clientele of air carriers, particularly foreign ones, Mr. Poliquin retired in April 2023.
